MISSION
Plant Administration involves receiving and processing data, generating reports, data entry to SAP, validating stocks, working with production and maintenance assisting in procurement processes.
The Plant Administrator will also substitute for the planner.
The Plant administrator will substitute for shop floor operations team (within the competence skill set).
The Plant Administrator will undertake projects, processes and tasks as deemed appropriate by Tolsa Management (within the competence skill set).
FUNCTIONS
- Working with all stakeholders, undertake GR processes in SAP daily to a high level of accuracy.
- Working with the planner, generate replenishment orders for goods movements as required.
- Undertake PR creation, SAP data entry on request within the allocated time.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the management team within the agreed deadline.
- Substitute for Planner function to cover holidays, absences or as directed by Plant manager.
- Undertake and be responsible for, pallet reconciliation processes weekly, monthly quarterly working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business accuracy.
- Support the manufacturing team in the generation of production labels and printing systems to ensure the supply and quality of the labels are available as required.
- Undertake training if requested to support development.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organised workplace, reducing cost, reducing "waste" and improving efficiency.
- Undertake all reasonable business requests to support Tolsa operations (within competence as agreed).
EXPERIENCE - C (2-5Y)
General Education / Technical Skills:
Administration Diploma or Degree. Administrative skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Professional experience:
Similar administrative experience. SAP.
Languages:
Fluent English.

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per month
