Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
Having experience in a retail environment is extremely beneficial for this sales role but not essential - we will provide full training regardless In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to existing and potential customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet existing and potential customers and provide them with product and service information
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace when applicable
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell products to maximise sales opportunities at high footfall locations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Approach customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours:
No less than 24 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
