Duties & Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and ensuring all insurance decisions are made in a timely and efficient manner
Monitoring claims progress and keep all parties updated
Effectively manage own workload of varying priorities
Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
Manage all administration aspects of the claim
