£37,000 - £42,000 per annum + Bonus, Gym Membership, Pension Scheme (Permanent):


London:

Currently on the lookout for a Senior Team Coordinator to join our client, a well-established Structural Engineering Consultancy.


This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Project/Team Coordinator to expand their responsibilities, by working on a variety of tasks.

You will support the allocated team, whilst acting as senior support for other Team Coordinators.

Our client offers flexible/hybrid working therefore you will be eligible to work from home 2 days a week.


What you'll be doing:

  • Dealing with expenses and team purchases, including courses and training.
  • Producing bid documents, Fee proposals and PQQs.
  • CDM, H&S questionnaires.
  • Producing reports and presentations in InDesign and Microsoft office.
  • Site research
  • Undertaking project research
  • Maintaining searches catalogue
  • Organising biannual reviews for staff and director/ associate teams.
  • Keeping and maintaining site visit equipment for the team
  • Photo editing / art working / sketching where needed.
  • Document control on online portals.
  • Maintain overall team happiness.
  • Covering all other TAs when on leave / sick / Out of Office.
  • Group Management coordinating diaries, chasing timesheets, expenses, arranging group meetings, producing, resourcing & invoicing reports, sending meeting reminders
  • Help with onboarding new starters
  • Various PA duties to the Director & their team. Creation of adhoc Project Sheets for use within Fee Proposals and Presentations to assist Marketing team with deadlines.
  • Assist Finance and HR with internal employee changes. i.e managing timesheets for employees split across different teams.
  • Arrange fortnightly catch ups with Team Coordinators team to coordinate workload and discuss any upcoming leave etc that may need cover.
What you'll need

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, within the Built Environment
  • Experience producing Bids
  • Experience using IDMS's
  • Proficient using InDesign
On offer is a salary between £37,000-£42,000 dependent on experience.
