What would you be doing?

You will be responsible for all major subsets of their IT infrastructure and perform as a technical specialist in the team.
Working at the highest level of escalation, ensuring that incidents are solved within SLA requirements
Contributing towards technical training and induction documentation
Nurturing and developing talent within your team
Act as a centre of knowledge of the procedures, products and services provided by the company
