We are part of a multi-site business serving the disability and mobility sectors, a family-run company whose steady expansion has been built on the excellent customer service our staff give to our customers.
We operate in a very niche and rewarding industry, making independent mobility accessible to all by adapting vehicles to each customers individual needs.
Working in a small friendly office environment, you will be providing administrative support and service to customers, suppliers, and car dealerships.
Customer Service Administrator - About the Role:
- Assist the office manager with administrative duties
- Dealing with post, scanning and filing
- Greet customers attending the Branch
- Maintain customer files
- Taking calls from customers, colleagues, and technicians
- Booking appointments
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
- Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft office
- Confident and friendly when speaking to suppliers and customers
- Positive team player
- Good attention to detail/accuracy
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
