Office Administrator- Hybrid - London, United Kingdom - Boyce Recruitment
Description
A new role has been created for an administrative assistant to support a newly formed digital client in Central LondonRole will be hybrid initially and attending the offices in London for meetings.
Duties include
- Maintaining and creating contact lists
- Answering and redirecting calls
- Providing general support to visitors
- Diary management which involves organising and scheduling appointments
- Organise meetings and including taking detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Booking international and domestic travel
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties for the new managers
This role is to start by the end of April 2023 and working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5.
Starting salary 21k+ dependent on experience
