This company have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their sales support team, this positionhas become available due to growth, and is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to join an expanding team.


Our client is current seeking a reliable and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to work closely with the Southern area account managers.

This role has full responsibility for ensuring all sales administration, monthly reporting and customer service worksare carried out courteously, efficiently and profitably.


  • This position will be working closely with the Account Managers, and working within a team to support in all aspects of sales administration._

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience


Some of the duties will include:

  • Providing full administrative support to the account managers
  • Managing the sales administration process
  • Raising quotations and sales orders
  • Management information
  • Confirming installation dates and parts availability
  • Handling incoming client calls in a professional manner
  • Keeping the inhouse system updated with correct client information and documentation
  • Working closely with other internal departments
  • Working well as part of the team
  • A minimum of 3 years experience within a sales support/sales admin role
  • Information Technology, IT or Telecoms industry experience would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong written communication skills
