Job Description:


To lead the global HR Operations Team through a period of intense transformation, including outsourcing and stabilisation of HR Operations administrative activities to a strategic 3rd party partner based in India, and to play a key role in defining and implementing our upgraded HCM platform from an operational perspective.

This role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

HYBRID ROLE BUT MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO TEDDINGTON 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK

  • Successful implementation and stabilisation of the outsourcing of HR Operations activities for the UK, US, Canada and Germany to a 3rd party based in India
  • Management of the service delivered by 3rd party providers of HR Operations, including service performance metrics and escalations
  • Driving the retained HR Operations organisation to identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes at a global level wherever possible
  • Ensure all HR Operations processes are appropriately documented and communicated to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure that the upgrade of our HCM platform is operationalised successfully, working closely with project teams and wider business stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood and changes to business process are managed appropriately
  • Owner of the HR Change Request process which acts as Gatekeeper for introduction of new processes and updates to existing processes / systems across our various 3rd party providers
  • Working closely with our Reward team and the wider HR community ensure that the annual reward processes land accurately and on time for the business
  • Accountable for creating and promoting a culture of selfservice across the business and the HR community
  • Management of HR sharepoint content to ensure up to date and appropriate
  • Support internal and external audits as needed

Qualifications:


  • Experienced in being a leader of a highly effective team which operates as part of a matrix structure in large complex organisations
  • Previous Global HR Operations experience essential
  • Proven track record in implementing global HCM platforms from a process and operations perspective essential
  • Knowledge of payroll processes advantageous but not essential
  • Familiarity working with and leading outsourced and offshored service providers essential
  • HR Transformation programme experience essential
  • Previous experience working with IFS HCM desirable
