A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

This role will be responsible making sure that orders are processed and delivered efficiently and effectively whilst always delivering excellent customer service to a broad range of customers.


Sales and Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include:
Build understanding of demand trends and forecast plans using historical sales and future customer demand.

Account Management - Direct point of contact for current customers, keeping the customer updated on lead times, delivery dates and any issues with outstanding orders.

Processing of orders, credits, sundry and supplementary invoicing.
Managing transport ops, ensuring the most cost affective and strategically affective methods for delivering goods to our customers.

Working closely with internal & external coldstore teams/companies to ensure a quick turnaround of produced stock movements from site to external cold stores or direct to customers where necessary, whilst also managing storage capacity and future requirements.

Effective Management of stock items.
Maintaining of price lists/product pricing
Supporting the planning/purchasing team and acting as cover where necessary.
Investigating and resolving shortages and various customer claims (i.e. damages)
Creating new products within the MRP system and removing delisted lines.

You will be a Supply Chain coordinator / Sales & Logistics Coordinator used to working within a manufacturing environment.
