The Recruitment Executive role at Draycott is of the upmost importance to the successful running of our business, as you are the one judging if individuals are aligned to our company values and can represent our company and work with us.


We are looking for someone to join the team and bring the skills they have learnt so far in their career, but we are also looking for someone who can work with agility and is able to juggle multiple tasks.

You will have a chance to work alongside the gold standard in Registered Nurses and Carers.

Our daily and live-in care enables our clients to remain in their own home whilst being cared for by professional and highly trained Carers and Registered Nurses.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following;

  • Screening applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications for the role Support recruitment in reviewing CV's and the interview process if required
  • Supporting with Right to work checks / Visas verification and DBS Background Checks
  • Ensuring HR Systems are accurate inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details
  • Ensuring recruitment process is followed for onboarding to comply with CQC requirements and in collaboration with the HR Team
  • Organisation of all onboarding documentation for new starters to meet compliance needs
  • Support the Head of Talent & Culture with implementing and maintaining social media presence for recruitment to enhance the reach of Draycott to potential talent.
  • Identify opportunities for improving & adapting Recruitment processes for continued better service
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law, including discrimination and gender equality laws
  • Keep up to date knowledge of employment documentation, including P45s and employment contracts
  • Assist with getting new starters ready for induction and collaborating with the department/liaising with training and care team for onboarding schedule
  • Undertake any other duties as required on an ad hoc basis to support the delivery of effective administration and supporting the organisation

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 Years previous experience in a recruitment role (Preferable)
  • Prior experience in recruitment in healthcare sector (preferable)
  • Understanding of CQC compliance (preferable)
  • Previous use of ATS system and onboarding compliance (essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Precise, methodical work ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team but also to be selfmotivated to take on further responsibility when required
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
