Receptionist - EdinburghPermanent Part-Time
Salary - around £25k DOE
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a with a leading legal client based in Edinburgh to recruit for a Receptionist on a part time basis.
This role will be based on-site with the client in a Covid-secure environment.The main purpose of this role will be to provide front desk Reception cover within an office environment on a permanent and part time basis.
The shifts are - Wednesday - Thursday 09:00-17:00 and flexible for sick days & holidays.Duties involved in this role will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for all visitors to the office
- Answering all incoming calls to the office, dealing with basic queries & directing calls when required
- Ensuring the Reception area & common areas are kept in good order
- Various ad hoc admin duties as directed
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
- this experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
