LOCUM CONSULTANT (12 MONTHS) GENERAL MEDICINE WITH INTEREST IN RHEUMATOLOGY AND MINERAL METABOLISM

BASE:
GLASGOW ROYAL INFIRMARY

Applications are invited for a Locum Consultant (12 months) in General Medicine with and interest in Rheumatology and Mineral Metabolism at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Ambulatory Care Hospital.

Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Hospital are close to the centre of the city, with excellent transport links and easy access to the countryside.

It is a principal teaching hospital for the University of Glasgow.

All newly qualified Consultants are initially offered a minimum of 1 Core Supporting Professional Activity (SPA) which includes CPD, audit, clinical governance, appraisal, revalidation, job planning and management meetings.

This will be reviewed within 6 months (or earlier if required) of appointment and revised upwards if additional responsibilities are agreed.
