Summary Tide Partnership are proud to be collaborating with a specialist care and support provider, currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. The Role As the HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR guidance and support to line managers across various employee relations matters.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Coach managers in effectively addressing people issues, promoting a culture of resolution.
- Provide comprehensive HR advice to line managers on various employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Support managers and employees through HR processes such as redundancy and TUPE transfers.
- Analyse HR data, create presentations, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Review HR processes, make recommendations for improvement, and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in adhoc HR projects
Job Criteria - Essential:
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, and industry standards.
- Proven experience working as an HR Advisor or similar role managing ER casework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and advise managers at all levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- CIPD Level 5
Job Criteria - Desirable:
- Care sector exposure is highly advantageous

£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
