Location:
Based in Leatherhead and may be required to travel globally on occasion
The administrator will support the Director of Communications and Marketing and wider members of the communications and marketing team based in Leatherhead - managing logistics to ensure an organised, consistent, and efficient approach to delivery in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

The administrator
will:
Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and maintain oversight of team activities including leave
Provide diary management support
Co-ordinate and book travel across the team
Support invoicing and payments via the KBR Supply Chain team
Lead the organisation of office and team building events/activities
Maintain links with broader, global administrators across KBR, including global comms team
Manage key team documentation filing
Any other reasonable tasks or requests

Qualifications,
Experience and Skills
Essential Experience & Skills:
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Possess a keen attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and be highly motivated
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong team player willing to contribute ideas
Preferred
Health and Safety awareness
