We have opportunity for you to join our UK Marketing Team as a Marketing Systems Coordinator.

Your role will be integral to helping drive positive change in the energy industry as we make strides to move towards decarbonisation through the use of renewable energy and advancing technology heating and hot water solutions.

Not only do our products help to reduce carbon emissions for the planet, they also help keep long term energy costs down for our customers.

About the role:

As a Marketing Systems Coordinator working for Baxi, you'll support the daily running and management of our marketing and customer facing systems.

This includes Dynamics 365 CRM, customer loyalty scheme portals and other marketing enablement platforms.

This will enable us to put our customer at the heart of our business and assisting us in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

On a daily basis you'll be responsible for:

Supporting the daily running of marketing and customer facing systems, with internal and external users, whilst engaging with users that are either non-compliant, or not making use of the system correctly to ensure full value is realized
Support the implementation of new functionality, including testing, training and communications
Assist with data analysis and reporting, whilst ensuring data is cleansed and maintained
Deliver user training to stakeholders at all levels across the UK business and identifying areas for continuous improvement
Resolving customer queries in a timely and effective manner

About you

You'll need to have relevant experience working with a CRM platform; updating records, maintaining and improving the accuracy of information
It would be great if you have some knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, although this is not essential
You'll be an outofthebox thinker, that has creative solutions for complex issues
It's important you're an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with, and influence and manage, stakeholders at all levels
