Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity?


TSR Legal are working with a Legal 500 law firm based in Bath who are seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.


Duties will include:


  • To provide support to the support staff and fee earners as required
  • Manage aspects of files that are managed by qualified lawyers and carry out simple tasks
  • Meet and exceed client service needs in all aspects of work
  • Undertake effective legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing
  • All administrative duties associated with this role
  • Under take legal processes, under supervision

The ideal individual:


  • 6 months within a complex personal injury team / clinical negligence team
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • IT literate
  • Previous the experience of working with a case management system
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional telephone manner
