I am currently looking for a Litigation Solicitor/ newly qualified with a solid background in dispute resolution to join a successful team in the Fulwood area.

The role will involve dealing with some general civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on land and property disputes including possession & forfeiture, rent arrears, service charge disputes, dilapidations, breach of covenant etc.

All necessary trainingwill be provided.

Enthusiasm for marketing themselves, the team and the firm
Establishing relationships with clients and potential work referrers
Keen to develop a close working relationship with their residential and commercial property lawyers to resolve dispute and provide a quality service for their longstanding clients
