Castle Education has an exciting opportunity to join a leading Further and Higher Education Provider in Manchester as a Construction Team Leader on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

The Role:
Are you a Construction
specialist with leadership and management experience who is looking for a new challenge? Maybe you are looking to make a difference and work with young people to develop their skills?

As a Construction specialist you will provide supervision of your curriculum area, ensuring that you meet budget, quality and operational targets.

You will deliver high quality, learner-focused education providing a secure and friendly environment in order for your students to succeed.

In your role you will plan, lead and develop the curriculum area within the establishment to ensure compliance with the national curriculum framework, the integration of functional skills, best practice and quality targets.

Qualifications and Experience:
English and Maths - must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2

Management experience within an Education environment

Full compliance checks and references will be taken before commencement of the post and a full enhanced DBS will be required.

This can be carried out after offer although a DBS registered to the update service would be advantageous to be able to start work quickly.
