Overview of role:


A business administration apprenticeship at Superior Recruitment Group involves providing vital administrative support, including managing communications, scheduling, and document handling.

The role offers hands-on experience in office tasks, client interaction, and recruitment coordination, fostering organizational and professional skills essential for career growth in business administration.


Key details:


  • Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
  • Wage: £6.40 per hour
  • Location: Unit 4, Wearfield Enterprise Park East, Sunderland, Sunderland, SR5 2TA

Apprenticeship details:


  • Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
  • Duration of course: 18 months
  • Training Provider: LMP Education (Rated in top 10 of UK providers)
  • All learning delivered online/ remotely alongside role.

Full Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Telephony skills we talk to a lot of people every day
  • Obtaining and verifying certificates and onboarding compliance
  • Posting job adverts and monitoring responses
  • Minute taking in meetings with Recruitment, Senior Leadership and HR teams

Skills & Personal Qualities:


  • Punctual and diligent
- "Can do" attitude

  • An understanding of GDPR, right to work compliance and ISO (desirable but not essential)
  • Must be able to follow set processes/procedures.

Qualifications Requirements:


  • GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) English (Grade 4) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) Maths (Grade 4) essential
