CCTV Monitoring and Alarm Receiving

Shift pattern:

Days 6am-6pm

Nights 6pm-6am

4 on/4 off Rota, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off rolling shift pattern. Average of 42 hours a week

Fenix Monitoring are looking for people that are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer experience possible to join our team as a Shift Supervisor.

The successful applicants will need to be employer vetted and Police record checked.

Qualifications and Skills

A focus on delivering good customer experience is essential
Excellent written communication skills
Great telephone manner
Competent IT/Computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
Have qualities to lead a team in a dynamic fast paced environment
Can mentor and coach a team

Remit

Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems
Dispatching appropriate emergency services and/or keyholders
Being the primary contact on the shift
Leading a team of operators on your designated shift and making sure you are getting the best out of them
Willingness to learn new systems and platforms
