Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day to day running of sales and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a dynamic team.

Duties


Overriding responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Assist in all aspects of sales administration
  • Use your initiative to chase quotes

Specifics

  • Answer incoming calls and action as required
  • Produce quotes
  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Proactively gain product and technical knowledge from the Operations Manager
Experience required

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

£18,519.56-£26,000.00 per year
