We are preferably looking for people with 6 months experience in the care field.

You will be asked to register once you have successfully completed your probationary period and this must be kept up to date with an annual fee.

All care staff must be willing to work towards an SVQ2 or equivalent if they do not already have this qualification within 5 years of taking up this care post.

Part funding through the SAAS is available for completion of SVQ 2 and SVQ 3 qualifications.

All staff will receive a full induction programme which involves several weeks shadowing with experienced staff members and allowing time for you to get to know the residents fully.
