An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commerical Property Manager to join a well known national Block and Commercial Management property company based in their Birmingham office covering a commercial portfolio across the region.

Commercial Property Manager - Benefits

A basic salary of up to £40,000
Car allowance of £4400

Commercial Property Manager - Duties

To provide effective and efficient Property Management of investment properties for key national and local clients, working in association with the existing property management team across the region.
To manage an existing portfolio of both national and local clients across the region.
To resolve daytoday property management issues professionally and efficiently.
Service Charge management including annual budgeting and reconciliations.
Where appropriate consider and provide advice to protect and/or enhance the client's asset value.
To liaise with clients, contractors and tenants on a regular basis and to work closely with Property Management Accounts in ensuring excellent service is provided to all clients.
Monitor and manage key lease events, ensuring the accuracy of property management databases.
To facilitate client meetings as required and ensure client requirements are acted upon and their expectations fulfilled.
To manage relationships with clients and others in the local and regional property market.
To continually strive to improve working practices and client service delivery for the whole team.

Commercial Property Manager - Experience needed

MRICS Qualified
Practical understanding of commercial property management.
Proven track record of managing service charges for multilet properties.
Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and Property Management databases.
Full UK Driving Licence
