Description
This is not a remote working position.
We are looking for a Project Administrator / Bookkeeper to work across all aspects of our business, working part-time in our studio in Woodwalton, just outside Huntingdon.
- Project Administration:
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite essential.
- Processing quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
- Managing Timelines
- Bookkeeping:
- Knowledge of online accounting software is an advantage.
- Maintaining all aspects of the general ledger on QuickBooks Online.
- Bank account reconciling / Maintaining the Purchase & Sales ledger including payment processing, raising invoices and customer receipts.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
