This is not a remote working position.


We are looking for a Project Administrator / Bookkeeper to work across all aspects of our business, working part-time in our studio in Woodwalton, just outside Huntingdon.

An opportunity to work within a relaxed creative space - hours and days flexible. Liaising with clients, suppliers and designers, processing project phases and bookkeeping.

  • Project Administration:
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite essential.
  • Processing quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Managing Timelines
  • Bookkeeping:
  • Knowledge of online accounting software is an advantage.
  • Maintaining all aspects of the general ledger on QuickBooks Online.
  • Bank account reconciling / Maintaining the Purchase & Sales ledger including payment processing, raising invoices and customer receipts.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
