Part of dnata Group, dnata catering UK specialises in airline catering and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team.

This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance theircareer in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a supportive workplace.

The Role

As HR Business Partner at dnata catering UK, you will work within the broader HR team and will partner senior business managers for our Central Support functions on a broad variety of HR related issues, with a strong ER focus.

Working within a fast-pacedenvironment, you will act as the key point of contact for our support teams. Your main focus will be on ensuring procedural compliance and managing risk.

You will work closely with the HR Director and wider HR team in the development and delivery of the peoplestrategy in true business partner style.

You will share knowledge with the wider team, acting as a mentor to support the development of fellow ambitious colleagues.

You will be responsible for analysing HR metrics and utilising this data to drive progressand improvement. We are flexible on location but believe this would suit someone based in the Heathrow or Manchester area.
