About Our Client:


  • Vaillant_ UK are one of the leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems.
  • Derive the local digital strategy from the groupwide Digital Plant strategy, defining the digital roadmap for the production site and the related implementation projects.
  • Identify and initiate necessary changes, to enable the digital transformation of the production site, complete skillGAPanalyses and develop learning paths for Digital Plant in the framework of the Production Academy.
  • Prepare training concepts and documents for Digital Plant and Facilitate training.
  • Participate as plant representative at the IT requirement board, collecting and consolidating local IT requirements.
  • Create project status reports for digital projects of the production site and initiate corrective actions in case of project delay.
  • Project lead for strategic digitalization projects of the production site and coach Digital Plant implementation projects.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven professional experience with the digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects in production
  • Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to travel when required.
  • A Master's degree in Business Informatics
