The role

To develop effective HR processes, manage these processes effectively, so they all contribute to employees and organisation performance.

You will be responsible for Employees and contractors onboarding and exit in line with employment law and regulations, payroll administration, HR policies and Handbook, Employees Benefits management, HR and benefits systems and reports management.

This includes managing the HR Coordination of our Polish branch, with the support of our local advisers.

Keys Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of experience as a HR Coordinator
  • Completed CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 preferred)
  • Exposure to Employment Law
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Experience administering to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a global company, ideally Poland (Beneficial)
  • Proficient computer literacy with capability in Outlook, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Experience working with HR systems (preferably CIPHR)
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Cando attitude, proactiveness
Key Objectives

  • To administer UK and Poland Payroll data submission and conducting payroll checks reconciliations efficiently and on time (on a monthly basis)
  • To keep inhouse HR system updated with HR and Payroll related data
  • To assist with new and ongoing HR projects and into HR system development
  • To administer benefits effectively (scheme renewals, dealing with employees enquiries, new starters/leavers admin)
  • To keep HR hub up to date with any changes (e.g. benefits, training, policies and procedures amendments)
  • To manage contractors contracts, extensions, SoW effectively
  • To manage HR written correspondence (developing new and utilising existing templates)
  • To deliver an effective preday 1 and day 1 onboarding to all new starters
  • To administer probations, assist business stakeholders with performance management and career queries
  • To deliver an effective exit process for leavers
  • To respond external and internal customers queries timely and effectively
  • To produce HR reports timely and effectively (external and internal customers)
  • To complete Company Handbook and Policies review and keep them up to date in line with any changes
  • To manage employees absences effectively (in HR System and any follow up conversations, necessary actions e.g. arranging OH assessments, Return to work Interviews etc)
  • To make sure digital HR data is stored and administered in line with GDPR and Employment Law guidelines.
£30,000 - £35,000 a year
