This is a great 12-month maternity cover opportunity to work in partnership with our PEOPLE team, Retail Field team and BESTSELLER Wholesale Management team to connect them across all aspects of PEOPLE, with specific focus on; PEOPLE Operations, Project Management and Employee Experience.
OUR TEAM
We are a three-person team looking for a team member to support our ambition to attract and retain the best team at BESTSELLER UK through engaging and progressive PEOPLE initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As our PEOPLE Operations Specialist you play a special role in driving forward our PEOPLE System, PEOPLE Analytics, Payroll and Health & Safety responsibilities, specifically you will;
- Be the driver in optimising & maintaining all our PEOPLE systems and operational processes.
- Analyse our PEOPLE data and support with quarterly metrics to identify areas of improvement, including the analysis of our biannual engagement survey, Our People's Voice, to support the development of new PEOPLE initiatives to drive engagement.
- Take responsibility for our monthly retail payroll submission, including bonus preparations.
- Organise our Retail Health & Safety processes alongside our external H&S consultants and maintenance contractor in the UK
- Proactively manage PEOPLE operations projects in line with our strategy across BESTSELLER globally and locally.
