Description

We're looking for a Sign Builder to join our Nordis Signs team based in Northampton, who are part of Kier Group.

Responsibilities


As Sign Builder, you'll be working within the sign building team, supporting them to produce high-quality road traffic and commercial signage using various substrates adhering to the detail of the customer order.


Your day to day will include:

  • Cutting and laminating vinyl, machine operating including maintenance
  • Monthly stocktaking duties
  • Loading and offloading goods
  • Interpreting customer orders accurately by understanding different signage and manufacturing techniques

Who are we looking for?
This role of Sign Builder is great for you if you can:

  • Demonstrate accuracy in current/previous roles with the ability to communicate across different teams
  • Understand health & safety processes and able to work with hand tools / light machinery
  • Produce a full driving licence with forklift qualification or willing to work towards driving a forklift
