The core mission of the Executive Assistant is to provide support to three Directors within the organisation, allowing the Directors to be free from administrative duties This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work as a team and to fit into the Selo culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Making travel and hotel arrangements (including some international travel for Sales Director) including hire cars for directors and teams
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Chasing action points
Technical Director
- All of the above plus
- Raising PO's
- Collating and sending test and certification forms then chasing responses.
- Chasing fire test reports and FoA's.
- Maintaining the testing spreadsheet.
Operations Director
- All of the above plus
- Taking notes for first interview stage of recruitment at factory (Leicester) not a regular occurrence but as and when needed
Sales Director
- All of the above
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 year in an Executive Assistant role working to Board Level.
