Role Context:
Worley is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our brilliant UK Talent Acquisition team, supporting our offshore and trades delivery projects across the UK.
This role will work on a hybrid basis, with some time spent working from home with attendance at one of our UK office locations.
This is a part-time role (up to 24 hours per week) with flexibility to work the days which suit you.
You will:
- Attract, identify and recruit both staff and contractor vacancies across our various offshore and onshore based projects
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, key internal stakeholders and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify priority vacancies, represent the Resourcing Team and gain a direct understanding of the pressures / requirements of the project
You'll have:
- Prior recruitment experience either in an agency or internal environment with experience recruiting trade and craft disciplines
- The capability to manage fast paced, high volume positions and work to extremely tight deadlines
- Experience solving complex business issues and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organisation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle stakeholder relationship management and work in a large team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Credibility to represent to business with external customers, clients, and suppliers
- Ability to influence and advise stakeholders on resourcing requirements
