Main purpose of job
To assist the Production and Warehouse Management team in all aspects of carrying out daily production and warehouse tasks
Main duties
- Carry out on line packing in an efficient, safe manor
- Carry out line feeding duties in accordance with company procedures
- Help the production team to ensure targets are met
- Help the warehouse team to ensure targets are met
- Ensure shortest date stock is picked first and courier boxes are packed securely
- Carry out cleaning duties when required
- Ensure your work area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Make sure all packed product meets the specifications
Qualifications:
Maths and English GCSE (grade C or above) - Desirable
Skills/competencies:
Attention to detail - Essential
Working to deadlines - Essential
Basic level of English - Essential
Knowledge and Experience:
Food hygiene - Desirable
Working in a production environment - Desirable
Personal Qualities:
Self-motivated - Essential
Positive attitude - Essential
Ability to work in a team - Essential
Performance under pressure - Essential
Job Types:
