Fresh Estate & Letting Agents are looking for a
Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated sales team in the Morriston branch.

The chosen applicant will be joining a successful team built on the use of established property sales techniques and modern marketing.

They will join a team headed up by an experienced sales manager and work alongside a top performing senior sales negotiator who will provide all the necessary training.

Experience in the industry is preferred, but if the applicant had no direct experience they would require experience in a busy sales environment.

Any applicant must have strong customer service skills and be target driven.

This job role will require 1 in 3 work days on a Saturday. However, this will not be required immediately with Saturday cover fully in place for the foreseeable future.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:
