Business Readiness Project Manager


Our client is looking for a highly skilled Business Readiness Project Manager to join their Edinburgh based team on a 6 month initial contract.

*MUST BE ABLE TO GO INTO EDINBURGH OFFICE WEEKLY*The Business Readiness team is responsible for the design and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting for Business Readiness Reporting to senior stakeholder in the Programme.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Support the management of the Business Readiness plan and the delivery of the Business Readiness Approach
  • Communicate effectively with project team and stakeholders across the hierarchy
  • Track and report progress vs. plan and preventive actions to avoid slippage
  • Lead and manage workshops and working groups
  • Proactively manage RAIDS and encourage collaborative resolution
  • Ensure projects follow the agreed governance and delivery framework as defined, this includes ensuring that all project team members understand the requirements and follow correct Change Management Framework (CMF) guidelines
