Business Readiness Project Manager
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Business Readiness Project Manager to join their Edinburgh based team on a 6 month initial contract.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the management of the Business Readiness plan and the delivery of the Business Readiness Approach
- Communicate effectively with project team and stakeholders across the hierarchy
- Track and report progress vs. plan and preventive actions to avoid slippage
- Lead and manage workshops and working groups
- Proactively manage RAIDS and encourage collaborative resolution
- Ensure projects follow the agreed governance and delivery framework as defined, this includes ensuring that all project team members understand the requirements and follow correct Change Management Framework (CMF) guidelines
