Senior Immigration Consultant

£ £45000 basic DOE, plus annual bonus

EC4N 6AE

Monday - Friday

Permanent

The Role:


If you are an experienced immigration consultant don't let this opportunity of joining our client's UK-inbound Corporate Immigration Team go to waste.


Responsibilities**:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a number of corporate clients
  • General service delivery, in line with KPIs and Service Level Agreements, ensuring that the highest standards are consistently met.
  • Remaining abreast of all relevant rules, laws and best practice affecting the company's core activities.
  • Taking an active role in business development and ensuring that agreed revenue targets are met.
  • Helping ensure adherence to OISC Rules and Codes.

Requirements:


  • OISC Accreditation at Level
  • Established UK immigration individual and Tier 2 Licence experience, having previously managed and undertaken casework in corporate immigration and general immigration
- experience regarding Sponsor Licensing work and advising corporate clients on work visas

  • Good legal research skills
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership for their work
  • High IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Commercial awareness & a flair for business development
  • Positive attitude & willingness to work as part of a team

Additional Information

  • There are real prospects for growth and advancement for the right individual.
  • Fluency in a second language would also be an advantage.
