Description

A leading broadcast software provider has a great permanent opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join its technical engineering team on-site at a major broadcaster in London and be responsible for the day-to-day support of one of its cutting edgesolutions.

As 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be involved in the implementation of complex broadcast workflows to ensure that the service is delivered to agreed SLAs, providing in-depth maintenance and support to the solutions and escalating to 4th linewhere necessary.

A key part of your role will be to liaise with clients, taking full ownership of issues and administering virtual servers.


Please note this is a shift based role which provides on-site support 7 days per week and you will work a combination of 8am-8pm, 11am-11pm and 9am-5pm, there will also be an element of on-call.
