Integra Insurance Solutions Ltd are an MGA based in Bradford, offering homeowner insurance products, specialist insurance schemes cover, as well as church and commercial insurance.


  • Central Bradford location
  • Monday to Friday
  • Fulltime 35 hours per week

The position holder's main role and principle responsibilities are:
Contributing to the development and oversight of the following key areas

  • Compliance (Regulatory and Legislative)
  • Risk Management
  • Contract reviews and management
  • Data Protection
  • Management Information and Data Analysis

Core competencies

Essential

  • Prior experience in an FCA regulated or legal environment.
  • Have an analytical mindset with a natural ability to prioritise workload.
  • Competent user of MS Office.
  • Personal integrity and ability to ensure confidentiality of information.

Desirable

  • Experience in general insurance.
  • Skilled in the specification and analysis of Management Information (MI).
  • Working knowledge of managing and monitoring contracts.
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance.

Principle Responsibilities

Compliance (regulatory and legislative)

  • To assist in implementing any new or updated regulations (FCA, PRA).
  • Undertake compliance monitoring activities internally.
  • Audit and due diligence reviews in respect of external suppliers.
  • Complete monthly ELTO (Employers Liability Tracing Office) submission.
  • Support the wider Governance team in maintaining a culture that delivers good customer outcomes.
  • Undertake monitoring activities in respect of internal departments, external suppliers, including the collection and assessment of performancebased MI.

Risk Management

  • Assist in maintaining an appropriate risk management framework which is fit for purpose for the Company's business model.
  • Assist with the preparation of Board and Senior Management level reports in respect of Risk Management.

Legal

  • To be involved in reviewing business contracts, in conjunction with the wider Governance Team.
  • Monitor industry development and provide summaries on impact on the wider business.

Data Protection

Other responsibilities

  • Personal integrity with the ability to ensure confidentiality of information, as governed by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • Always promote and support the delivery of good customer outcomes.
  • Promote and demonstrate the Company Values and Culture.

Pay:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
