Following substantial investment by leading global construction firm, GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C), Elements Europe have a number of large projects in the pipeline and is looking to scale up the delivery capability with immediate effect.

We are recruiting for a Production Administrator to support our Production team; you will be responsible for general administration and maintaining progress of production related activities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of progress reports for the welder fabricator department
- Deal with production queries and ensure they are resolved quickly, always providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting the production team by progress chasing materials from our stores department
- Collecting of information for the generation of monthly reports
- To ensure lateness and return to work forms to be passed to the relevant department in a timely manner
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Excellent telephone skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent administration skills, especially accuracy with figures, accurate data input, efficient filing systems
- Strong organisation skills with a sound display of work ethic
- Great ability in prioritising workload and managing your time effectively.
- Computer literate & Maths/English GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Good problemsolving skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and create.
- A manufacturing background is preferable but not essential.
