Description

Our client specializes in publications, meetings, training materials, medical education and strategic communications and works across global accounts for their pharmaceutical clients.

Due to continued success and growth, they are seeking a Senior MedicalWriter to join their team in Oxford or one of their Cheshire offices.

In this role, you will develop a range of content and deliverables across different therapy areas including oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, and more.

You will also liaise with clients while taking on line-management responsibilities and mentoring juniormembers of the team.

Develop outlines and drafts of a wide range of materials and deliverables (e.g. publications, slide decks, reports, training materials) for multiple clients and across multiple accounts/therapy areas simultaneously
Key point of contact for clients, external experts, suppliers and internal team members
Mentor and provide feedback for more junior team members

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Life science degree, preferably a higher degree (e.g. MSc, PhD)
Previous writing experience gained within a medical communications agency
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, and attention to detail
Time management, organisational, and problemsolving skills
Previous line management or mentoring experience would be advantageous
