Description

If you're looking to progress your career in the residential property sector, our busy estate agency team's hiring for a property sales administrator.

First impressions last.

That's why it's so important we hit the mark every time people call us, or visit our Alford Place office in Aberdeen.

You'll be the all-important first point of contact for our clients, suppliers and buyers, overseeing the day-to-day running of our city centre estate agency reception.

The role also includes —

  • Demonstrating the firm's core values: treat others well; satisfy and impress our clients; keep learning; give something back; one team
  • Answering and forwarding calls
  • Welcoming and greeting clients and other visitors
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Booking viewing appointments and gathering feedback afterwards
  • General sales support
  • Managing property key handovers and collections
You'll need to be an all-rounder. Someone who can demonstrate —

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of what contributes to a positive client experience
  • Organisational capability
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure, all the while maintaining a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in a similar estate agency post or customer services role would be an advantage
There are excellent prospects at Ledingham Chalmers for personal development, training, and progression in a supportive environment.

Joining our team is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced and friendly professionals and become a valuable member of a thriving firm.

Our growth plans depend on having the right team in place, and your contribution can be instrumental to our success.

Please send your CV with a covering letter to Nan McPherson, human resources advisor, by Friday, 5 May
