    Social Media Manager Opportunity

    Lead Our Social Campaigns

    We're seeking a creative and driven individual to lead our paid and organic social campaigns across multiple brands and channels.

    You'll collaborate with our in-house teams, partner agencies, and business stakeholders to build standout campaigns that connect with our growing audience.

    We're Looking for Someone Who:

    • Brings creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking
    • Has experience managing multiple brands and platforms
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Is confident working in a pet-friendly office
    • Can travel to events and the occasional photoshoot

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop strategic plans for organic and paid social media, aligning with business and brand KPIs.
    2. Create processes to improve ways of working and campaign results.
    3. Collaborate with brand and shopper teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
    4. Manage budgets and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
    5. Craft compelling content for social media posts.
    6. Develop and execute influencer strategies across social media.
    7. Work closely with designers to produce high-quality content.
    8. Analyse social media performance and refine strategies.
    9. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in social media management
    • Strategic thinking and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Copywriting skills with a creative flair
    • Analytic and reporting skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
