We currently have an exciting new opportunity for aQHSE Advisor to join our heat transfer team in
Aberdeen.
Position:
Roles and responsibilities
- Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
- Ensure legal and other requirements are met through rigorous auditing
- Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters
- Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics
- Support operational QA/QC requirements as required
- Ensure accurate records are maintained
- Participate in QHSE meetings and investigations
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes
- Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement
Requirements:
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, including QA/QC
- Experience of working in an engineering and fabrication environment
- Extensive auditing experience and understanding of management system standards
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient, with great attention to detail.
- Committed to continuous learning and development
- Thorough, tenacious and results orientated
