Pink Punters, a leading LGBTQ+ nightclub located in Milton Keynes, is known for its vibrant atmosphere, commitment to diversity, and welcoming space.

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in the marketing field, ready to take on a full-time role within our team.

Role Overview:

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our brand's visibility, strengthening connections with our audience, and generating leads.

Your expertise in various marketing channels, including social media, digital marketing, and traditional advertising, will be invaluable. Additionally, your ability to create compelling content will be essential.

Part of your role will involve the booking of acts, performances, and managing club entertainment, ensuring our events calendar is filled with high-quality, engaging entertainment that aligns with our brand values and audience expectations.

Previous experience in public relations, involving public speaking or media engagements, will be considered advantageous. Skills in managing press relationships and tailoring communications for varied audiences will be seen as a bonus.

Your responsibilities will include producing captivating social media content for different platforms, utilising your understanding of the latest trends and consumer preferences to create content that engages our target audience, encourages interaction, and highlights our brand's message.

An additional requirement for this position is the flexibility to work one evening per month (Friday/Saturday), ensuring our marketing efforts align with our event calendar and peak activity times.

Experience Required:

1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a dynamic and results-oriented setting.

Exceptional public speaking abilities and the capacity to captivate and motivate various audiences. Experience in media relations and comfortability representing Pink Punters in different settings, such as radio and public events.

Proficiency in creating engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos that initiate conversations. Must be up to date with social media trends and able to adjust our content strategy accordingly. Knowledge of social media analytics and trend analysis tools is beneficial.

Skilled in graphic design software and content creation tools, capable of producing visually appealing content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing engaging messages and narratives.

Creative thinker and problem-solver with an eye for design and aesthetics.

Eager to learn and stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and consumer behaviour.

Positive and proactive, a willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.

Self-starter with a focus on achieving results, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to adapt to shifts in priorities and excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.

Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks at once.
