Job Overview:

As an Account Management Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in their dynamic team.


Here's what you'll be doing:


Sales Organization:


  • Field incoming inquiries and provide prompt responses.
  • Create deposit illustrations to showcase available products to clients.
  • Prepare compelling presentations for potential partners.

Partner Management:


  • Nurture leads, maximsing conversion opportunities throughout the client journey.
  • Onboard partners onto our sophisticated systems.
  • Conduct partner due diligence to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monthly distribution of management information to partners.

Reporting & Analysing Information:


  • Utilise our internal systems to analyse sales data, identifying trends.
  • Provide the Account Management team with weekly sales data.
  • Assess conversion ratios at different client journey stages.
  • Predict flow and pipeline data to guide decisionmaking.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement.
