Celsus Group, one of the most established and rapidly growing Healthcare recruitment providers in the UK has an exciting opportunity available for ambitious and proactive Recruitment Consultants to join the team at our brand-new premises in Luton, just off junction 10 of the M1.

We have a proven track record within healthcare and are currently providing over 800 clinicians per month to their client base.

With demand increasing, we are now looking to hire hard working people with a willingness to learn, possessing strong sales, telesales, or customer service experience.

Within the current team, there are successful people from a variety of backgrounds.

However, an ability to work to targets is essential along with being a strong relationship builder and have effective communication skills.

There will be an opportunity for you to join the business and grow your skills to become a Resourcer.

In addition to this, the company have a track record of developing Resourcer's into very successful Recruitment Consultants.

Ongoing bespoke training and support will be provided based on individual needs and we commit to providing staff with all the tools they need to succeed while investing in their career growth.
