Description

You'll support in driving sales for the brand and offer exceptional client care across all sales channels, online, instore and B2B.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and support all client queries through all brand channels
  • Daytoday operations of the shop (accepting parcels / Answering the phone / welcoming customers)
  • You will be expected to complete duties to ensure the smooth day to day running of the shop.
  • Be the champion for the customer journey communicate closely with all departments to ensure an amazing customer experience.
  • Own the full customer journey and develop initiatives to surprise and delight all clients.
  • Drive customer reviews on review platforms.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and a face of the brand to clients.
  • Ensure all Sales & Client Care databases are kept up to date.
  • You will be responsible for operating the Point-OfSale system and customer service back end on a day to day basis.
  • Receiving daily updates from our laboratory and keeping customers informed of order progress.
  • You will be expected to open and close the shop.
  • Ensure customers feel welcomed by providing a warm and engaging experience during every visit (serving water / simple espresso coffee)
  • You will be expected to call customers for order/repair collections and updates.
  • Shop merchandising and ensuring stocked fridges and bar area.
  • Ensure that the shop and customerfacing areas are tidy and well organised.

Skills & Experience:


  • 2+ years experience in a client facing position.
  • Naturally confident with strong communication skills both written and verbally. A people person with a polite manner and a client focussed approach to problem solving. Independent but enjoy working in a team and have a flexible approach to working.
  • A target driven mindset.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Clear communicator
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (other languages a bonus)
  • Knowledge of optical prescriptions is a bonus but not a necessity.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service systems (previous experience with Gorgias a bonus)
  • A target driven mindset.
  • Confidence in using Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Experience:

Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
