Description
Nathaniel Cars are looking for a service booking administrator, ideally with a background in customer care. Training will be provided.As a bookings administrator you will be responsible for
- Delivering excellent customer service to all customers and representing the company in a professional manner._
- Using our bookings systems and diaries to schedule bookings and arrange courtesy vehicles for several workshops in the company._
- Understanding vehicle requirements to give customers correct information and create accurate bookings._
- Making outbound calls to existing customers who are due services, MOT's and repairs. _
- Proven skills in customer service_
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls would be an advantage but is not essential. _
- Confident telephone manner, with outstanding communication skills._
- Excellent computer literacy, listening skills and attention to detail. _
- A motivated individual with the ability to multitask_.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday 8am5:30pm and every other Saturday 8am pm
