Aftersales Specialist at Acorn Crewe

Basic Salary:
£25,000plus bonusOTE of £34,500 p/a

Location:
Crewe

Working hours:
Mon-Fri 8 am until 5:30 pm _or _8:30 am until 6 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays :00 pm

Start date:
Immediate

The Service Advisor role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in this Sales environment.

Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous.

Essential:

2 years experience
A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
A team player with a confident and friendly manner
Ensure delivery of all opportunities
Ability to work with company processes / systems
Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
Manage each customer journey from start to finish
Excellent communication skills
A great outgoing personality
Keen eye for detail
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Forward thinking mentality
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Full UK Driving license
