Description

Operator, Groundworker and general construction operative required to join our small team.

We specialise in the construction of high quality bespoke homes and require and experienced groundworker to carry out all groundwork's and plant operation.

All equipment is modern and well maintained.

The successful individual would be responsible for the following:
Excavation of foundations

Excavation and completion of associated drainage and utility's

Preparation of external works and general site clearance and up keep

Substructure works and structural works to existing homes

Operation of Telehandler for loading out materials

Daily checks and maintenance of equipment

Regular cleaning of plant

Working and adapting to different roles within a team

HGV license an advantage

The ability to operate a shovel as well as a machine is essential

Salary:
£15.00-£19.00 per hour
